First New Life Church is in the early planning stages of an exciting project that would expand the church and bring additional services and opportunities to the South Mountain Village community.
We want to ensure neighbors have the opportunity to learn about the proposal, view the initial drawings, and share their thoughts.
This introductory meeting is designed to answer questions, hear concerns, and gather input from the community before the project moves forward.

About the HLB Mixed-Use Development
First New Life Church is exploring plans to renovate and expand its existing campus to better serve the community.
The proposed project would include:
• A new 500-seat auditorium
• Expanded community gathering spaces for events, town halls, concerts, and weddings
• A community market
• Additional retail services
• Counseling and support services
• Up to 100 residential housing units
The housing component is designed to support the needs of the local workforce—including teachers and emergency services—as well as residents on fixed incomes such as seniors and single parents.
